 We wanted to let you know that the lamp arrived today. The packaging was perfect and there were no issues with shipping. The lamp itself is absolutely stunning. It is even better than we expected. The woodwork and inlay turquoise are exquisite. We are so happy with it. We will have to send you a picture once we have it set in the room and get the shade for it.

You outdid yourself. Our sculpture arrived today safe and sound, and we just love it. It is absolutely gorgeous.

According to tracking it arrived in Raleigh on Friday, but then sat for the day in the FedEx facility. We crossed our fingers for a Sat. delivery but no one showed up. We were excited to see that it was loaded on a truck for delivery today--Monday. Late morning we glanced out our front window and saw the Fed Ex truck. We watched the driver pull our package out of his truck and were tempted to run out the front door and grab it out of his hands, but we exercised patience! Needless to say, we were so disappointed when his next moves were to throw the package back into the truck and drive off. 

I immediately went to the Fed Ex tracking site only to find that they would not deliver because there was an incorrect address. I called the facility to plead that they contact the driver to return to our house with the package rather than wait another day. Although they said "sorry", the driver took it upon himself to return and deliver the package. Apparently, the word 'Newstead' in our street name--Newstead Manor Lane was missing. The driver figured it must be our package and returned to our home to deliver it! Quite a drama!! The way you finished the juniper wood is beautiful. 

It sure has been a delight working with you. Bruce and I appreciate all your talent and converting that into an art piece that reflects soul. Bruce has already referred Alix from Oregon to you who works with pencil/pen drawings on burl wood. She's been on your website and astounded by your work. We think she'll be in touch with you. We'll take some time for R&R after the folks leave and then take stock of any remaining home decor projects. We'll certainly refer you to as many people as we can.

The table base arrived today in perfect condition and it's MAGNIFICENT! The brass assembly is seated beautifully, the wood is gorgeous, I love that the juniper wood shades into a gold color and that gold color matches the other twisted wood display piece that I already have. They look wonderful together in the room and it looks so much better with two pieces rather than one.    

I couldn't be happier. Thank you for all your care, attention, and art. I'll look forward to ordering something else in the future!

What a beautiful piece of work.The way how you added the supports, so delicate and in harmony with the rest of the table base. And the colors do match so well.

The photos do speak not only professionality, but also show the love for your work. I am really impressed. This table is gonna get a central place in my living room. It must be the first thing that people will see when they come in my house.

The table was a complete surprise.  We both love it!!!!!  It is the perfect size.  I've just ordered the glass for the top and will send you pictures once it is all put together.  Glad I waited for the glass. I just thought I'd put in my 2 cents worth. Your creation (our new lamp) is a masterpiece and will be the center piece of our study/reading room. We even went out and bought a couple of recliners covered in fabric that matches the wood. The room was previously unfurnished with the exception of my desk (an old roll top) It (the light) needed a room of it's own to show it off properly. It's a sin that the shipping company dinged it up to the extent that it did, thereby requiring the amount of restoration work that was required to make it once again presentable. I'm blessed with a truly handy wife and a very good electrician. I don't know what their combined man-hours were to repair it (I work and am not home a lot) but I know it was considerable. I just wanted you both to know that we appreciate the fact that you stand by your product and are going thru all the gyrations to help us with the shipping insurance remedy. Not all manufacturers would do that. I once told my wife I would never buy again from so far away (after 2 busted up lamps) but your actions have changed my mind. I would buy again from your company. Thank You very much for all the trouble you are putting yourselves thru on our behalf. P.S. I truly sympathize with the snowy winter you have had. But the upside is that you live in a place that is so beautiful when it's not covered in all that white flaky stuff. Being born and raised in N.Y.C. I can only imagine what a beauty it is to behold once one gets off the interstate and takes the time to look around............Thanks..................Tom - New York
