Curly Burl Redwood Slab Headboard Part 2

One of the first things that needed to be done with the headboard was to stabilize the cracks on the back side. Tim calls this (stitching), when doing this, it will help prevent the cracks from getting larger.


The bar was glued into place to prevent this end from warping and cracking. 






All glued and drying, then it will be flipped over to begin work on the front. 

There's our guard dog BO, hahaha, he is more like an over grown pup
